Adam Cella is ready to be a primetime player.
Cella will headline Friday's Shamrock Fighting Championships Evolution when he takes on Dominic Brown.
A Finney MMA product, Cella is 3-0 as a pro. His last win came against Chance Moore. Friday's fight will be Cella's third of the year.
A decorated striker, Cella has logged in over 60 fights on his way to becoming 2006 IKF World Classic Tournament Champion and 2008 Golden Gloves Champion in both novice and open. By 2008, he was a National Golden Gloves qualifier.
Never one to back down, the 29-year-old Brown has logged in over 35 pro fights in his career with a nice balance of knockout (6) and submission (8) victories. Brown will likely be the most difficult opponent Cella has had in his young career.
"I heard he's a good up and coming kid," Brown said. "I think he has a big obstacle in front of him. We'll see how he handles it. He's definitely going to have his hands full."
Friday's card features four pro fights on the main card and six amateur fights on the undercard.
