Inside the Gym: Sauer MMA University

Recently we were invited to visit the re-located Sauer MMA University in Troy, MO.

Head instructor Doug Sauer has been doing MMA and kickboxing for over 15 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the gym.

We caught up with Doug in the middle of his training camp for an upcoming fight against Tracy Taylor. The two will face each other at Rumble Time MMA's July 27th event.

Assisting Doug is Liz Drew. Liz is the only female head trainer in the area, a professional boxer with over 20 fights.

With many recent successes in the cage, Sauer MMA has quickly become a force to be reckoned with.
