Weekend Preview : June 15th - 16th

A busy weekend in the St. Louis MMA scene. Two local fights and an incredible Muay Thai seminar.

Tonight is the final show under the Sport Fighting League banner. Jim Jenkins and company have put on over 40 amateur and professional MMA events in the St. Charles area featuring the best talent the area has to offer. Jenkins will assume duties as the head of Rumble Time's MMA division and continue to produce stacked cards.

Going out with a bang, the SFL card tonight features an incredible match-up between Brandon Knight and CJ Hunter.

If you're looking to improve your stand-up, 8-time World Champion Ramon Dekkers will be holding two seminars at Rodrigo Vaghi's gym in Fenton on Saturday afternoon.

Dekkers has over 186 professional kickboxing wins, 95 by KO, and has fought all over the globe including a run in the prestigious K1 organization. He is a true legend and pioneer in the sport of kickboxing and Dutch Muay Thai.

The first session will be from 10-12pm and the second will be from 2-4pm.

On Saturday night in St. Clair, Fearless Combat League returns with a show mixing MMA, Muay Thai, and K1.

Two separate 4-man Muay Thai tournaments will be held featuring 205 and 135lb fighters. If you're a fan of the stand-up this is the place to be.
